The board of the Snoqualmie Valley Hospital District will convene a special meeting at 3 p.m. April 17, at Snoqualmie City Hall, 38624 S.E. River St., Snoqualmie.
The emailed agenda noted that the commissioners will immediately go into an executive session to discuss a real estate matter and then reconvene for the public portion of the meeting about 30 minutes later.
The agenda also said that the public portion of the meeting includes introduction of a financial feasibility study, revenue bond documents and a resolution to approve an amendment with the Benaroya Capital Company that has been financing the building of the new hospital.
The next regularly scheduled hospital board meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m., May 7, in the Snoqualmie City Hall.
